Directions:
Adult women: Take 1 capsule two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.

Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn) fruit oil fixed - 250 mg
equiv. to palmitoleic acid (omega 7) - 67.5 mg
Asparagus racemosus (SheVari® shatarvari) root extract dry conc. - 50 mg
equiv. to root dry - 1000 mg
D-alpha-tocopherol - 134.16 mg
equiv. to vitamin E - 200 IU
