Atoderm Intensive Baume helps act on the main causes of discomfort for those with very dry, irritated and mild eczema-prone skin. Itching and tightness can be the result of an altered skin barrier and the proliferation of bacteria which can cause irritation and even secondary infections. Acting on the biological source of imbalance, Atoderm Intensive Baume uses 3 main actions to restore comfort in very dry skin and help reduce the frequency of flare-ups.

  • The exclusive Lipigenium™ complex, composed of 3 essential ceramides, lipids and proteins naturally found in the skin barrier, helps durably reconstruct the skin barrier by stimulating the synthesis of these lipids and proteins that make up the inter-corneocyte cement. This cement is vital to protecting the skin from water loss and irritation and is often impaired in atopic, mild eczema-prone skin.
  • Anti-scratching dermatological agent PEA helps rapidly relieve discomfort and reduces the urge to scratch, restoring comfort
