Q. How do I apply this product?Ā 

A. Apply Sport SPF 50+ Sunscreen Lotion liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas of your skin 15-20 minutes before stepping out into the sun.

Step 2.Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. You need at least one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back and one for the head.Ā
