              Direction

              For children from 2 years: To maintain digestive health:

              1 sachet daily. To support bowel regularity: 1 sachet, twice daily (drink additional water between doses). Empty sachet into glass, add 150-200mL water or preferred cold drink and stir well.

              Some residual fibre sediment after stirring is normal.
