Mix 1/8 tsp ofĀ Ultimate BioticĀ in non-acidic juice (such as apple or grape) and let sit for 10 minutes. The pectins in these types of juices allows the bacteria to metabolise and provides an additional protective barrier for them to pass through the stomach. Consume 10 minutes before food, twice daily for best results. It is not necessary to mix with non-acidic juice and let sit, it simply provides an added benefit.
