Personal care:
To relieve symptoms of stress and headaches apply direct to forehead, temples and back of the neck.
To relieve sleeplessness, apply to forehead, temples and back of the neck before bedtime and sprinkle a few drops on pillow. Add 5 ml (1 capful) to bath water for a relaxing bath.
To help healing of mild sunburn apply as a lotion to affected area twice daily.
Household care:
Dilute 50% with water in a spray bottle and use as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water.
