Ultra Fresh Clear Vinyl gloves are crafted from synthetic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, which undergoes polymerization to create a hard and inflexible product. However, to make it flexible and pliable for glove manufacturing, a plasticizing agent is added.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Vinyl gloves are suitable for standard protection when handling most chemicals and offer a comfortable and soft fit. However, compared to other materials such as nitrile or latex, vinyl is less durable and less sensitive to touch, making it less preferable. Vinyl gloves are not the best option when handling water-based solutions or organic solvents. Nonetheless, technological advancements have improved vinyl's flexibility, durability, tactile sensitivity, and strength, enhancing its overall performance.
