HOW DOES THE GOOD SLEEP TEST WORK?

Two options available:

• Self Testing option: Once you have purchased your Good Sleep Test kit, you can activate the monthly subscription to monitor your sleep apnea and oxygen levels every night.

• Clinical Team Support option:
• You will be contacted for a few basic details from our clinical team, and then you will receive an invitation email with instructions to download the SleepCare app to your smartphone. 
• When you open the SleepCare app, please click on register and use the same email that you received your invitation to download the app from. 
• Use your test for the requested number of nights prescribed.
• Clinical team will consult with you via telehealth to discuss your results and treatment options and provide you with a comphrensive report.

Your personalised sleep report will be generated and available within a few days.
