Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides 1.5 g
            equiv. Omega-3 triglycerides 900 mg
            equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540 mg
            equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360 mg

Does not contain crustacea, egg, milk, peanut, sesame, or tree nut products.

Directions

Adults, take capsules with water, after food, quantities as below or as directed by your health professional.

• General health and wellbeing: 1-2 capsules once daily.
• Brain and cognitive function: 1 capsule once daily.
• Emotional wellbeing: 3 capsules once daily.
• Heart health and cholesterol: 1-2 capsules twice daily.
• Mild joint pain and stiffness: 3 capsules once daily.
• Relieve inflammation: 1 capsule twice daily.
• Mild eczema and dermatitis: 2 capsules twice daily.

• If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Contains fish products and sulfites.
