Directions:

Adults only. Take 1 tablet with water twice daily after food, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed a maximum of 5 tablets per day.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250 mg

Zinc citrate dihydrate 15.58 mg

equiv. Zinc 5 mg

Vegan formula. Does not contain crustacea, egg, fish, milk, peanut, sesame, soy, animal products or artificial colours.
