Each vegetarian capsule contains: 15 billion CFU
L. rhamnosus HN001 = 6.0 Billion CFU
L. rhamnosus GG = 5.0 Billion CFU
L. fermentum CECT5716 = 3.0 Billion CFU
B. animalis ssp. lactis HN019 = 1.0 Billion CFU
Calcium phosphate (Calcium 250mg) = 675.7mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D) = 1.25 microgram
Directions:
Adults take 1 vegetarian capsule daily with water, or as directed by your health professional.
