The MBTest Simple Urine Self-Testing Kit is a user-friendly diagnostic tool designed to provide preliminary screening for Marijuana THC Parent (Tetrahydrocannabinol) presence. This urine-based test offers up to 99% accuracy and delivers results within five minutes, enabling users to conduct drug testing in a private, convenient manner.
The MBTest kit provides a qualitative preliminary result. For confirmation, further laboratory-based analytical testing is required.
THC (9-tetrahydrocannabinol) is the primary active ingredient in cannabinoids (Marijuana). When smoked or orally administered, it produces euphoric effects. Users have impaired short term memory and slowedlearning. Users may also experience transient episodes of confusion and anxiety. Long term relatively heavy use may be associated with behavioraldisorders. The peak effect of smoking Marijuana occurs in 20-30 minutes andthe duration is 90-120 minutes after one cigarette. Elevated levels of urinarymetabolites are found within hours of exposure and remain detectable for3-10 days after smoking. Testing Procedure
- Collect a urine sample in a clean container. Any time of day is suitable.
- Allow the test cassette to reach room temperature before testing.
- Immerse the test strips vertically into the urine sample for 10-15 seconds, ensuring the arrows face downward.
- Place the cassette on a flat surface, start the timer, and wait for red line(s) to appear.
- Read results at 5 minutes (Do not interpret beyond 10 minutes).
Understanding your results

Negative Result: Two lines appear—one in the control (C) region and one in the test (T) region. This indicates that THC levels are below 50 ng/mL.
Note: The intensity of the red or pink coloration in the test (T) region may vary, but the presence of any visible line in this region should be interpreted as a negative result.

Positive Result: One red line appears in the control (C) region, while no line appears in the test (T) region. This indicates that THC levels exceed the detectable threshold of 50 ng/mL.

Invalid Result: If the control (C) line fails to appear, the test has not functioned correctly. This may be due to insufficient specimen volume or procedural errors. In such cases:
- Review the instructions and repeat the test using a new test cassette.
- If repeated tests yield invalid results, discontinue use and contact the supplier immediately.
Storage
- Store between 2°C and 30°C
- Do not use past the expiry date
- Keep cassette sealed until ready for use
- Avoid exposure to contaminants such as bleach or alum
- A positive result confirms drug presence but does not indicate intoxication levels
- A negative result does not guarantee drug-free urine
- This test does not differentiate between illicit drugs and prescribed medications
