      Ingredient

      Each capsule contains:

      • Curcuma longa (BCM-95ā„¢ Turmeric), dry rhizome extract: 167 mg (Derived from dry rhizome 4.2 g, Equivalent Curcumin 117 mg)
      • Boswellia serrata (BosPure Boswellia), dry gum oleoresin extract: 150 mg (Derived from dry gum oleoresin 1.5 g)
      • Harpagophytum procumbens (Devilā€™s claw), dry root extract: 39 mg (Derived from dry root 867 mg)
      • Piscidia piscipula (Jamaica dogwood), dry stem bark extract: 63 mg (Derived from dry stem bark 250 mg)

      Direction

      Adults: For the relief of pain, muscle aches and joint stiffness due to mild osteoarthritis: Take 3 capsules twice daily with food.

      For the relief of mild inflammation: Take 2 capsules daily with food. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
