      Direction

      Adults 19 years and over: Add 1 level scoop (7g) in 200mL of water or juice twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

      Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

      This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

      Contains 52mg potassium per 7g dose.
