MetaPure EPA/DHA helps to relieve inflammation, supports a healthy cardiovascular system and balance of blood lipid levels. Omega 3 is essential for nervous system health and development, brain function and mental wellbeing.

Metagenics OmegaGenics High Strength EPA/DHA Fish Oil 240 Capsules undergoes strict quality testing for pesticides and heavy metals such as lead, mercury and arsenic, to produce a high quality, stable fish oil product, blended with natural citrus or berry flavours to reduce any fishy aftertaste.

            Ingredient

            Each capsule contains

            • Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides: 1000 mg
              • Equivalent: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 500 mg

            Direction

            Adults: Take 2 soft capsules twice daily with meals.

              Tastes like berries flavour- i love them

              I haven't taken fish oils in years because i don't like hem and they would always repeat on me. The metagenics brand is very good, tastes like berries and no repeating. I'm in my second bottle and really happy with this brand.
