Direction
Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal Cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.
Sport:
Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.
Before Sport:
Apply before sport and warm up before activity.
During Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.
After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains and sore muscles.
Recovery:
Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.
