    Direction

    Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed.
    Repeat every 2-3 hours should you required.

    How long does each inhaler last ?

      Relief for very sore nose.

      During relentless allergic reaction, using nasal saline solution to clear nasal passages, my nose becomes very irritated and painful. The Planet Remedy Hayfever inhaler soothes the sinuses and clears the sinuses better than liquid inhalers. It brings cooling relief, a literal breath of fresh air, which lasts when used in conjunction with hayfever medication. Thank you.
