Great CPAP machine. Even better customer service from Respect Health
I upgraded from my old ResMed S9 to the ResMed Airsense 11 Autoset 4G after 2 decades of reliable service. The S11 is brilliant. The "smarts" in the machine and the linked App are intuitive. The humidification function is wonderful. I married the S11 with the ResMed Air Fit N20. It is so comfortable, easy to fit, keep on and clean.

What made the transaction so much the better, was Respect Health. With their "Welcome to Respect Health" discount of 20%, the Resmed S11 and N20 package was the cheapest in Australia. Even without the discount, their price was very competitive. However, I have to hand it to the team at Respect Health. They were so easy and professional to deal with. They went out of their way to make the selection, purchase, collection and exchange/return of an incorrectly selected/sized mask, so pleasant. Daniel at Respect Health is to be complimented for 5 Star service.
After spending weeks scouring the web, talking to manufacturers, dealing with web based retailers, trying to cut through confusing deals, trying to work with in health fund invoice rebate requirements for CPAP machines and accessories, I was getting frustrated and at one point was considering staying with the ResMed S9.
Finally I found Respect Health. I'll know where to go next time.
