1. Prepare
Blow your nose gently to clear nasal passages before use.

2. Prime
Before first use, prime the pump by pressing down 4–5 times until a fine mist appears.

3. Spray
Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril, aim slightly outward towards the ear. Adults: 2 sprays per nostril. Children over 12: 1 spray per nostril.

4. Breathe
Breathe in gently through the nose as you spray. Avoid sniffing hard.

5. Repeat
Repeat for the other nostril. Use up to 4 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
