Soodox Hot and Cold Gel Bead packs are designed for comfortable and convenient application of heat or cold to painful areas of the body.
The packs can maintain temperature for up to 60 minutes and is both reusable and microwave-safe for heating, as well as freezer-safe for cooling.

Directions:
Cold Therapy
1. Place the pack in a freezer for at least 2 hours
2. Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel
3. Apply to affected area
Hot Therapy
1. Place the pack in a microwave oven (recommended 600-750W)
2. Ensure that the gel is evenly distributed in the pack
3. Heat the pack for 30 seconds at 600-750W. Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave
4. If more heat is required, heat in additional 5-10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached (Timing varies according to the size of the gel pack. Please look at instructions on the back of your gel pack)
5. Allow the pack to rest at least 1 minute before application
Warning Disclaimers:
Do not apply directly on the skin. Always wrap in towel. Use ONLY as directed.
Keep out of the reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come in contact with the gel.
For repeated/extended use, contact your physician. Persons who have circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot/cold, or history of frostbite should consult a doctor before using this product.
Never leave the pack in the microwave unattended.
