Directions:

heat pack in microwave for 60 seconds (650-750W Microwave). After heating, check the correct temperature has been reached. If not , reheat at 10 second intervals until optimal temperature has been reached. Before applying to body, check that the temperature is not too hot against the skin. 

Warning:

Do not apply directly on the skin. Wrap in a towel if hot. Use only as directed. Do not use if pack is broken, torn or leaking.
