Step 1
MEASURE: Start with 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon, slowly increasing to 1 teaspoon if desired.

BLEND: Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.
