Kava has been used traditionally in Pacific Islander medicine for its sedative and relaxant properties to help relax the nervous system and induce sleep.

NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly.

Ingredients:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER TABLET: 

Piper methysticum (Kava) ext. 546 mg, derived from dry root & rhizome min. 3.8 g (3800 mg), std. to contain Kavalactones 60 mg.



Directions

Adults - Take one tablet a day (with food), or as professionally prescribed. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects.
