Thompson’s One-A-Day Valerian contains a high strength valerian extract formulated for convenience with a One-A-Day dose. It is used in traditional Western herbal medicine to:

Ingredients:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: 

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) ext. 400 mg derived from dry root and rhizome min. 2 g (2000 mg), std. to contain Valerenic acids 3.2 mg.


Directions

Adults -Take one capsule daily (with food). This can be increased to two capsules daily or as professionally prescribed.
