Ingredients:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER TABLET: 

Selenomethionine 375 microgram, equiv. Selenium 150 microgram.


Directions

Adults - Take one tablet a day (with food), or as professionally prescribed.
Warnings: 

This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This particular product does not contain herbs.
